The Council of Europe is seeking national consultants to support the implementation of the Project “Strengthening the institutional capacity of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Moldova – Phase II”.

The present call for tenders aims to engage up to 7 providers for each of the three Lots to provide consultancy services supporting the implementation of the Project. The required expertise covers legal reasoning and judicial practice (Lot 1), institutional development and organisational  capacity(Lot 2), as well as strategic communication and institutional visibility (Lot 3).

The Framework Contracts will run until 31 December 2028, with the possibility of extension.
