This call for tender aims to establish a framework contract for the provision of services as outlined in the attached contract document, within the framework of the above-mentioned project. In this context, the Council of Europe is seeking consultants experienced in the field of women’s access to justice to support the implementation of the project.
Interested candidates are expected to submit their applications by the deadline of 27 February 2026 (18:00, Türkiye time), in accordance with the Tender Rules and Documents enclosed in the Tender File.
