This call for tender aims to establish a framework contract for the provision of services as outlined in the attached contract document, within the framework of the Project “Strengthening the Protection of Unaccompanied Migrant Children in Türkiye” (hereinafter referred to as the Project). In this context, the Council of Europe is seeking national consultants experienced in the field of protection of unaccompanied migrant children in Türkiye to support the implementation of the Project.
Interested candidates are expected to submit their applications by the deadline of 6 April 2026 (23:59, Türkiye time), in accordance with the Tender Rules and Documents enclosed in the Tender File.
Applications must be submitted exclusively via email (with attachments) to the following address: [email protected], using the subject line Tender - Consultancy Services for the Protection of Unaccompanied Migrant Children in Türkiye. Proposals submitted to any other email address will be rejected.
All questions must be submitted no later than 30 March 2026 (25:59, Türkiye time), and sent exclusively to [email protected], indicating in the subject line: Questions - Consultancy Services for the Protection of Unaccompanied Migrant Children in Türkiye.
All documents must be submitted in English (only sample of work and publications may be submitted in Turkish). Otherwise, the Council of Europe reserves the right not to consider the application.
