On 26 and 27 May, the Execution Department held on-line training sessions on effective implementation of the Court’s judgments for the staff of the Ukrainian Government Agent’s Office.
The training sessions covered a range of topics including the working methods and procedures of the Committee of Ministers, shared responsibility at European and domestic level for implementation of the Court’s judgments, effective drafting of action plans/reports and issues related to payment of just satisfaction.
Practical case study sessions were also held with the aim of the submission of comprehensive information on the implementation of leading cases pending for more than five/ten years in the standard procedure.
