Many of Auckland’s senior leaders are part of the nation-wide Champions for Change Network, a group of Chief Executives and Chairs from the public and private sector who are committed to raising the value of diversity and inclusiveness throughout the wider business community. This network takes leadership in driving change and communicating the business value of diversity to businesses in NZ. It promotes flexibility in businesses, by sharing research, insights and tools for leading inclusive workplaces, so that businesses can integrate and use its diverse talent. It brings a diverse range of people and their wider skills and knowledge into senior leadership roles and lastly, measures and reports on the progress of diversity in businesses.
