It is with great pleasure that the ICC programme announces the membership of the Parish of Paranhos to the Portuguese network of Intercultural Cities (RPCI)!

Paranhos joins a network of more than fifteen Portuguese cities committed to make diversity an advantage for the whole society by strengthening their inclusion policies through the Council of Europe intercultural approach.
