On 20 January 2015, during its 276th session, the European Committee of Social Rights elected its new Bureau for a period of two years. Giuseppe Palmisano was elected as new President of the Committee, Monika Schlachter and Petros Stangos were re-elected as Vice-presidents and finally Lauri Leppik was elected as the new General Rapporteur.
The Bureau held its first meeting in this composition on 21 January 2015.
