The participants overviewed the case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and recommendations deriving from the judgments of the ECtHR presented by the international consultant of the Council of Europe. The rights of persons being declared as legally incapable in the context of the national law and practice were also at the centre of the discussions.
The event was organised in the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Protection of Human Rights in Biomedicine I” implemented by the Council of Europe within the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2019-2022.
