Since 2002, the Armenian Government has approved and implemented four National Action Plans on Fighting Exploitation and Trafficking of Human Beings. The first independent evaluation of the National Action Plan for 2010-2012 was carried out with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan in 2012. The findings and recommendations of this evaluation were taken into account while developing the National Action Plan for 2013-2015.

The fifth National Action Plan, for the period of 2016-2018, was adopted by the Government in April 2016. GRETA has stressed the importance of carrying out an independent evaluation of the implementation of the National Action Plan as a tool for assessing the impact of the activities and for planning future policies and measures to combat human trafficking,

 

The Council of Europe is looking for a Provider to assess the implementation of the National Action Plan on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings (2016-2018) of Armenia.
