The Council of Europe is currently implementing the “Further Strengthening the Probation Service in Armenia” Project until 31/12/2026. In that context, it is looking for a Provider for the provision of equipment in support to introduction of tire shop vocational training module for probation beneficiaries of the Probation Service in Armenia (the deliverables are described in greater detail in the Business and Technical Requirements – Appendix I).
