The Council of Europe Project “Ending violence against women and promoting gender equality in Armenia”- phase 2 is announcing a call for proposals that aims to fund a micro-project implemented by a non-profit organisation with demonstrated expertise in media production, creative communication, and awareness-raising on societal issues and human rights violations, with particular emphasis on technology-facilitated violence against women and girls.

Grant applications must be received before 13 April 2026 (23:00, AMT UTC+4).

The implementation period of the projects should start on 1 May 2026 and shall not extend beyond 30 September 2026.
