The court managers’ forum aiming to familiarise managers with established national and international best practices on effective and quality court management was held on 22-23 September in Kakheti, Georgia.

The forum gathered all 29 court managers and other relevant judicial staff in order to create a strong network of all the acting court managers in Georgia and to ensure needs-based capacity building activities on a regular basis. It established a platform where participants shared experiences, best practices and challenges on court management-related issues.

The forum will be held regularly and will incorporate peer-to-peer exchange and training components. It will encourage open dialogue on the issues are shared by the court managers from all the regions of the country.
