The Council of Europe Project “Juvenile and Adult Detainees Support” initiates a call - competitive bidding procedure, for the provision of short-term consultancy services on the management of the temporary detention isolators, protecting the victim juveniles and the juvenile offenders, support the development of the monitoring tools, as well as advancing the existing complaint mechanisms. The purpose of this call is to create a pool of interested national consultants with the relevant background to support the implementation of the Project with the provision of a particular expertise.
