Following the 1^st visit to the Zugdidi Regional Court and the Batumi City Court conducted on 27 to 28 September 2023, the court coaching programme of CEPEJ continued on 29 January 2024 with the online presentation by CEPEJ experts of the results of their assessment of needs and their recommendations. The measures to be implemented as part of the programme, should concern mediation, satisfaction surveys, and further capacity building on CEPEJ efficiency indicators for continuous monitoring and analysis of court’s performance all in line with CEPEJ methodology and tools.

This event is part of the European Union and the Council of Europe joint programme “Partnership for Good Governance”, co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe, and implemented by the Council of Europe, in the framework of the project “Support to modernisation of court management in Georgia”.
