Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland met with German Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière on 6 September to discuss integration, radicalisation and the fight against extremism at national and European levels. The Secretary General also addressed an OSCE conference on discrimination against Sinti and Roma, held in the German Federal Foreign Office on the same day.
