The Council of Europe will publish the 2016 report (data concerning 2014) of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) on Thursday 6 October.
This study contains the analysis of the quantitative and qualitative data gathered in the 45 member states of the Council of Europe and Israel, with regard to: the budgets of judicial systems, legal professionals, the organisation of judicial systems and the efficiency and quality of the public service of justice delivered to users.
