The Committee of Ministers has adopted three resolutions on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities by the Netherlands, Romania and Kosovo*:

Resolution CM/ResCMN(2023)10 on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities by the Netherlands (Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 31 October 2023 at the 1479th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies)

Resolution CM/ResCMN(2023)11 on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities by Romania (Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 31 October 2023 at the 1479th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies)

Resolution CM/ResCMN(2023)12 on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities by Kosovo* (Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 31 October 2023 at the 1479th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies)

* All reference to Kosovo, whether to the territory, institutions or population, in this text shall be understood in full compliance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 and without prejudice to the status of Kosovo.
