Harald Christian Scheu, Professor of European Law and Public International Law at the University of Prague and the Policy Academy in Prague, educated at the universities of Salzburg and Prague, fellowships at the MPIL in Heidelberg, the University of Bern, the European University Institute in Florence, the University of Zürich and the University of Vienna.

He teaches and conducts research in International and European Law, as well as Human Rights Law.

Member of the Czech Government’s Legislative Council and former member of the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights.
