Besarion Bokhashvili is a Human Rights Lawyer with more than 20 years of practical experience. Presently, Besarion works for the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in South Caucasus. Besarion was the member (2016-2020) and the President (2018-2020) of the ACFCNM. Previously he held the position of the Team Leader of the EU funded Project, (2009-2013), an Executive Director of Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA 207-2009) and the State Representative of Georgia to the European Court of Human Rights (2005-2007). Besarion has profound experience in lecturing International Human Rights Law and has been nominated as an expert by number of International Organizations
