At the 1548th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies on 21 January, the Committee of Ministers adopted three resolutions on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities (FCNM). These resolutions concern the Czech Republic, Malta and Spain, respectively:

• CM/ResCMN(2026)1 – Resolution on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities by the Czech Republic
• CM/ResCMN(2026)2 – Resolution on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities by Malta
• CM/ResCMN(2026)3 – Resolution on the implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities by Spain

The adoption of these recommendations follows the publication of the Advisory Committee’s Opinions on each of the three countries in 2025: Czech Republic, Malta, and Spain.
