The Lisbon Recognition Convention (LRC) Committee Bureau has published its first newsletter, providing an overview of its recent work and priorities for 2025–2028. The Summer 2026 edition highlights progress on the upcoming monitoring exercise on the application of the concept of substantial differences, cooperation with the ENIC-NARIC Networks, ongoing discussions on the relationship between the Global Convention and the regional recognition conventions, and the Bureau’s efforts to strengthen communication and transparency. It also introduces the members of the newly elected Bureau and Secretariat.

The newsletter is intended to keep States Parties, ENIC-NARIC Networks and other stakeholders regularly informed about the Bureau’s activities, consultations and future developments.
