DEADLINE TO APPLY EXTENDED TO 16 OCTOBER 2023
The Council of Europe is currently implementing a project on the Reference Framework of Competences for Democratic Culture (RFCDC) and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). This project encompasses policy elements to support the implementation of the RFCDC in the area of ESD in States Parties to the European Cultural Convention. In particular, the project aims to develop a guidance document on the RFCDC and ESD and elaborate policy documents supporting ESD.
The aim of the tender is to create a pool of consultants with a particular expertise in ESD and its relationship with Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education.
HOW TO APPLY
Interested consultants are invited to refer to the Tender File and the Act of Engagement, which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement and the scope of activities:
The deadline for the submission of applications is 16th October 2023, by 23:59 CEST (previously 1st October 2023).
Electronic copies shall be sent only to [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Tender – Education for sustainable development. Tenders submitted to another e-mail account will be excluded from the procedure.
Please, pay particular attention to completing, signing and submitting documents according to the instructions set in the Tender File and Act of Engagement. Candidates will be disqualified for any incomplete or missing documents.
