The Council of Europe Education Department announces a comprehensive call for tenders, seeking international consultants specialised in the field of recognition of qualifications. 

With this call, the Education Department intends to support the running of its projects in the field of Recognition of Qualifications, related to the implementation of the joint Council of Europe/UNESCO Lisbon Recognition Convention, European Qualifications Passport for Refugees (EQPR) and Automatic Recognition of Qualifications. 

This call is open to experts and consultants worldwide who have a proven track record in higher education, policy development, and the specific nuances of recognition of qualifications within the European context.
