In the context of the large-scale humanitarian crisis facing the Republic of Moldova, local authorities and CALM receive assistance in refugee and migration management. CALM is supported to promote the resilience, integration, and inclusion of refugees in local communities, to improve coordination between the central, rayon and local authorities, and to provide policy and legal expertise to local public authorities (based on the Congress Human Rights Handbook and relevant recommendations and resolutions). This is achieved through expert policy and legal support.
