The Council of Europe is launching a call for the provision of services to carry out a national survey the level of perception of the principle of equality and non-discrimination in the Republic of Moldova in the framework of the EU/CoE Partnership for Good Governance II national project "Strengthening the capacities of the justice sector actors to deliver justice in line with European standards, in particular to fight discrimination in the Republic of Moldova".
This call is addressed to legal entities with experience in sociological research, conducting quantitative social surveys, elaborating qualitative research methodology and in making evaluations, opinion polls, making and operating questionnaires, conducting interviews, organizing focus groups, collecting and processing data, analytical work and reporting;
Interested entities are invited to apply as described in the Tender File under the clauses “Tender rules” and “Documents to be provided”.
The deadline for submission of applications is 23 April 2021.
