The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on Strengthening the human rights protection of refugees and migrants in the Republic of Moldova: phase II. The Project is being implemented from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2028. The overall purpose of the project is to enhance the protection of refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants in the Republic of Moldova by improving the capacities of the Moldovan authorities.
In the framework of the Project, Council of Europe is launching a call for the purchase of fully equipped training/workshop halls and catering services in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
In this context, potential providers are invited to apply and submit their offers in accordance with the attached documents.
Offers must be sent to the Council of Europe in electronic format only, in line with the Tender File (see attached) and the Act of Engagement (see attached), which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement.
The deadline for submission of applications is 04 August 2026, 16:00 (Strasbourg time).
The expected start date is 23 September 2026.
