  • Presentation of a draft Manifesto on Arts, Culture, Cultural Heritage and Freedom of Expression in the Digital Era, and a concept for a Council of Europe digital #Exhibition;
  • Preview of a publication on E-Relevance of Arts and Culture in the Age of AI;
  • Progress report on the Association of the Compendium of Cultural Policies and Trends;
  • Cultural Policy Peer Reviews – North Macedonia.

 

4.2 Heritage

Work programme 2020:

  • Draft Recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to member States on prevention of risks in the day-to-day management of cultural heritage

  • Council of Europe Convention on Offences relating to Cultural Property

  • European Heritage Days;
  • Strategy 21;

  • Part 1 – National policies and international co-operation for the implementation of the European Landscape Convention;
  • Part 2 – Work Programme and Action Plan for the implementation of the European Landscape Convention 2020-2022.

 

5. Information concerning other Council of Europe activities in the fields of culture, heritage and landscape

  • Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes;
  • Cooperation with the education sector.
