The Council of Europe Access Info Group decided at its 9th meeting (14 –16 May 2025) to focus its next evaluation round on time frames for processing access requests under Article 5, paragraph 4, of the Convention and document management matters under Article 9, sub-paragraphs c and d, of the Convention.
