Documentation and Resource Centre of the European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML)
The collection on language education methodology includes: - the publications and workshop reports of the ECML; - materials relating to the major focuses of the Centre (e.g., organisation and setting up of language learning and teaching, language awareness, intercultural competence, language education and ICT, quality assurance, learner autonomy, bilingual education, early language learning); - reference and specialised multimedia resources, publications of the Council of Europe Language Policy Division, international organisations and national and cultural institutions of the Member States of the ECML. |

Documentation Centre on Constitutional Justice
The Documentation Centre on Constitutional Justice is managed by the European Commission for Democracy through Law, better known as Venice Commission. It is composed by publications, periodical, documents, news and video cassettes dealing with constitutional matters, that is to say: - rights and fundamental freedoms; - contents of constitutions and laws on constitutional courts; - elections and referendums. This documentation, composed exclusively by external sources, is identified in a list containing more than 120 countries of five continents. The documentation can be consulted on the premises upon appointment. |

Documentation Centre on Migration
The documentation centre on Migration contains publications, journals, documents and press clippings (audio and video material) on several themes, such as: - integration of migrants; - community relations; - access to migrants' social rights; - irregular migrants. It includes also the following periodicals: International Migration, Migration News Sheet, Hommes et Migrations, Migration Société. Part of this documentation is available online. A consultation on the premises is also possible upon appointment. |

European Pharmacopoeia Library (EDQM)
The collection contains: - various European Pharmacopoeia publication (official editions as well as Pharmeuropa and its special issues); - a wide collection of national pharmacopoeias from all over the world; - scientific and technical reference thesis in the field of the quality of medicines; - specialised magazines on research and pharmacy. Pharmacopoeias are a reference tool for pharmacists, industries and public health authorities responsible for the quality control of commercialised medicines. |
European Youth Centre Library, Budapest
The library put at the general disposal reference works, documents, files and publications related to the work of the Council of Europe in the youth field. Special emphasis is given to human rights education and on national and international non-governmental youth organisations. |

The collection of the Documentation Centre includes books and documents related to the different fields of work of the North-South Centre: - Strategies and capacity building for Global Education; - Training and capacity building for youth and youth organisations; - Intercultural Dialogue; - Human Rights, Democratic Governance and Development; - Migrations and co-development.
