Deputy Secretary General Gabriella Battaini Dragoni moderated the seminar “Building inclusive societies together: Contributions to Sarajevo’s Exchange on the religious dimension of intercultural dialogue”, organised by the Permanent Mission of the Holy See to the Council of Europe, under the patronage of Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland. Archbishop Paul R. Gallagher (Holy See’s Secretary for Relations with States) and Heiner Bielefeldt (UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief) were the principal speakers.

The event offered a contribution of ideas and reflections to the Council of Europe’s annual “Exchanges on the religious dimension of intercultural dialogue” that will take place in Sarajevo on 8-9 September.
