Spain signed

Iceland ratified the Additional Protocol to the European Charter of Local Self-Government on the right to participate in the affairs of a local authority (CETS No. 207).

19 May 2017

San Marino signed the Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189).

Georgia ratified the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (CETS No. 210).

Andorra signed the Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism (CETS No. 217).

Armenia, Cyprus, Greece, Mexico, Portugal and San Marino signed the Council of Europe Convention on Offences relating to Cultural Property (CETS No. 221).

Lebanon signed and ratified the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 Protocol (ETS No. 127).

Portugal ratified

  • the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine concerning Transplantation of Organs and Tissues of Human Origin (ETS No.186), and
  • the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine, concerning Biomedical Research (CETS No.195).
