The European Cultural Convention
Ministers of Culture, Education, Youth and Sport from across Europe will gather at the Ossolineum National Institute in Wroclaw, Poland, on 9 and 10 December to launch the celebrations to mark the 50th anniversary of the Council of Europe's European Cultural Convention.

Participants at the conference – who will also include representatives of international organisations such as the UNESCO and the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation - will analyse 50 years of achievements and discuss future co-operation in the areas covered by the convention.
