Parliamentary Assembly
Armenia is represented in the Parliamentary Assembly by a delegation of 4 representatives and 4 substitutes, including:

Congress of Local and Regional Authorities
Armenia is represented in the Congress by a delegation of 4 representatives and 4 substitutes, including:
- Emin YERITSYAN (EPP/CD), Parakar, head of the delegation, Vice-President of the Congress and Vice-President of the Chamber of Local Auhtorities.
Budget
The Council of Europe's ordinary budget for 2009 is € 205 002 000. The contribution of Armenia is € 246 002.40 (i.e. 0.1200 %).
Human Rights
Ratification of the European Convention on Human Rights on 26 April 2002.
