On 11-12 August 2026, a coaching visit took place in Brčko Youth Centre, Bosnia and Herzegovina together with an expert from the Council of Europe Quality Label for Youth Centres programme.

The coaching sessions included meetings with key stakeholders, reflections on the centre’s work, discussions on Council of Europe Youth Department pedagogical resources and approaches. At the visit, the Director and the Youth Programme Coordinator from the Quality Labelled Eco Centre Radulovački (Sremski Karlovci, Serbia) also gave their input. 

This visit was part of a broader coaching process to Brčko Youth Centre running until December 2026, with the objective to support the centre in developing a long-term strategy defining its mission, target groups and needs, programme structure and educational team.

This activity was organised by the Council of Europe Youth Department as part of the Quality Label for Youth Centres Programme.
