A group of young people visiting the Council of Europe, organized by the NGO Energies Overseas had an exchange with the youth sector of the organisation. The NGO Energies Overseas is made up of young people from the French overseas territories.

 The delegation has had a chance to exchange views with the Head of the Youth Department, Tobias Flessenkemper.

 The youth priorities of the organisation, its unique co-management system were discussed in the meeting. Also, the importance of the Council of Europe’s work in the field of youth, as well as the strong involvement of young people and youth organisations in overseas territories were underlined.
