This page makes it easier for external users to access our collaborative spaces, enabling the sharing of information and documents among all members.

Prerequisites

  • For the first login, we strongly recommend using a computer to access the restricted area and a smartphone to activate multi-factor authentication (MFA) in step.
  • Please note that access to TEAMS is only possible from a computer.
  • Do not forget to save the address of your collaborative space as a favourite.

Procedure to follow using a mobile phone only

Please click on the following steps in succession:

1) SET/RESET PASSWORD 2) ACTIVATE 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION 3) ACCESS THE COLLABORATIVE SPACE

3. Access the collaborative spaces

Once the setup is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the collaborative space, either TEAMS (image 1) or SharePoint (image 2).

 

To reconnect to the collaborative spaces after completing the entire procedure, you can go directly to https://teams.coe.int/ for TEAMS, or https://coe.sharepoint.com/  for restricted SharePoint sites.
