This page makes it easier for external users to access our collaborative spaces, enabling the sharing of information and documents among all members.

Prerequisites

  • For the first login, we strongly recommend using a computer to access the restricted area and a smartphone to activate multi-factor authentication (MFA) in step.
  • Please note that access to TEAMS is only possible from a computer.
  • Do not forget to save the address of your collaborative space as a favourite.

Procedure to follow using a mobile phone only

Please click on the following steps in succession:

1) SET/RESET PASSWORD 2) ACTIVATE 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION 3) ACCESS THE COLLABORATIVE SPACE

1. Set/Reset your password

If you simply wish to reset your password, go directly to section B. below.

If you already have your password and have installed and configured the multi-factor authentication (MFA) app on your smartphone, you may proceed directly to Step 3 of the procedure. Otherwise, follow the procedure below:

 

A. Getting your COE login

To activate your access to the Council of Europe’s collaborative spaces, you will receive an automatic email from [email protected] containing your CoE login. This login is required to continue the setup process.

  • Once you receive the email, click on the link provided to set your password: https://myaccount.coe.int 
  • We recommend that you use your mobile device’s default browser
     

       
 

This password you are about to set up is essential to access the Council of Europe’s services. Please choose it carefully and store it securely


B. Setting your password

 

  • Enter your CoE login received previously by email, then click Next.


 

  • Check your inbox to see if you have received an email from [email protected].
  • If the email is not in your inbox, please check your other folders (e.g. spam, promotions, all mail, etc.).
  • Click on the link  I want to change my password.

       

  • Enter  your new password.
  • Confirm your password.
  • Then click Confirm.

 

      
 

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your password has been reset. This password will remain valid for 6 months.
  • You will use this password, along with your COE login, to access the Council of Europe collaborative spaces.
  • You can now proceed to Step 2: “Activate 2 factor Authentication”.
