European Court of Human Rights rules in three refugee family reunification cases

On 23 June, the European Court of Human Rights ruled in three cases concerning prolonged failure by the national authorities to rule on family reunification requests lodged by the applicants, who were recognised as refugees in Greece, due to their inability to produce the supporting documents required by national law.
