The Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV" presented opportunities and educational resources for young people and those who work with them, in particular:
- Grant opportunities for youth CSOs from the European Youth Fund;
- Manuals, educational games, study visits to youth centres with the Quality Label of the Council of Europe;
- Invitation to apply for the training course — youth advocacy for democracy and human rights;
- Invitation to apply for participation in the Youth Delegation of the World Democracy Forum.
The Ukrainian Youth Forum 2026 was organised by the Council on Youth Affairs under the President of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, with the financial support of Hepatica, organisational support of the Platform for the Development of Youth Initiatives/YOU IN and in co-operation with the Office of the President of Ukraine.
The Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV" is being implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction" 2023-2026.
