The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project “Strengthening freedom of the media, access to information and reinforcing public broadcasting system in Ukraine”. In that context, it is looking for a Provider for the provision of services of the development and placement of the promotional products for the Ukrainian Public Broadcaster.

Eligibility criteria

• Being a registered legal person or a company under sole proprietorship of a natural person in accordance with applicable national legislation and being specialized in the field of development of the promotional products and/or video production and/or other related field;
• 1 (one) year of experience in providing similar services.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED

Tenderers are invited to submit:

• A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement
• For tenderers subject to VAT only: a quote, describing their financial offer

• Tenderer’s registration documents;

• Brief one-page description of the company’s experience for the last year and links to similar products.

• Plan and timeline of the provision of expected deliverables.

   

  All documents shall be submitted in English (with only exception to registration document which can be submitted in Ukrainian with brief summary translation into English – name of the company, date of registration, types of economic activity which can be legally provided), failure to do so will result in the exclusion of the tender.

  If any of the documents listed above are missing, the tender will not be considered. Multiple tendering is not authorized.

  The Council reserves the right to reject a tender if the scanned documents are of such a quality that the documents cannot be read once printed.
