The Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy: Phase IV" has conducted research in the fields of ethics and impact assessment of youth work, at the request of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, its national partner.
Study reports are available as follows:
- Mapping of documents regulating the ethics of youth work in selected member states of the Council of Europe (2026, Ukrainian)
- Mapping of approaches to assessing youth work impact in selected member states of the Council of Europe (2026)
Each of the studies includes proposals and recommendations for incorporating the experience of certain Council of Europe member states into youth work in Ukraine.
The Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV" is being implemented within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction" for 2023-2026.
