The Council of Europe project "Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase IV", implemented by the Council of Europe within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine for 2023-2026 "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction", announces a call for grant proposals.
The grants will finance projects aimed at ensuring young people's access to youth work activities. They should include one or more of the following areas:
- Non-formal educational activities in the field of mental health and trauma-informed youth work;
- Awareness-raising and non-formal educational activities in the field of barrier-free environment and accessibility;
- Human rights education activities with a focus on youth participation;
- Open youth work activities (mobile, outreach, detached, street youth work, etc.).
The implementation period of the proposed initiatives should begin no earlier than 1 June 2026 and end no later than 31 August 2026. The Council of Europe plans to provide four grants with a maximum amount of up to €4,500 each.
