The Council of Europe is looking for a Provider with a particular expertise on web content management in order to support the implementation of the Programme for the Promotion of the Freedom of Expression and Data Protection. This Contract will take effect on 1 January 2020 and it is concluded until 31 December 2020. It may be renewed, on an annual basis, for a total duration of up to five years.
