Côte d'Ivoire ratified the Council of Europe Convention on the counterfeiting of medical products and similar crimes involving threats to public health (CETS No. 211).

Portugal ratified the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (ETS No. 167) and signed and ratified the Protocol amending the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (CETS No. 222).
