The Project “EU and Council of Europe working together to support freedom of media in Ukraine” (hereinafter “the Project”) is launching a tender procedure for purchase of consultancy services related to development of analytical documents for the development of multiplatform brand identity of UA:PBC.
Expected duration of the consultants’ work: 25 October 2021 – 19 December 2021.
All offers should be sent to [email protected] indicating “4756/2021/19” in the e-mail subject line by 10:00 on 20 October 2021 (Kyiv time).
All questions shall be submitted by 14:00 on 13 October 2021 and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in the e-mail subject: “QUESTIONS_4756/2021/19 ”.
Eligibility criteria
- at least 5 years of experience in provision of consultancy services in the sphere of marketing and communication, including development of the strategic documents in the sphere of marketing, PR and communication;
- being legally registered to provide service in question (for legal entities and private entrepreneurs).
DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED
- A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement
- A list of all owners and executive officers, for legal persons only;
- Professional profile in the form of official letter (stamped and signed) or PPT presentation with the following information:
- description of the relevant professional experience as required by the eligibility criteria, including links to the referred activities/deliverables/inputs;
- description of the professional experience of the human resources to be engaged in the provision of the services described within this Tender file;
- stages and timeline for the provision of the services described within this Tender file.
- FOR legal persons and private entrepreneurs: copies of the registration documents with a brief summary translation into English – name of the company, date of registration, types of economic activity which can be legally provided;
