The project “Human Resources Management in Local Self-Government – Phase 3”, jointly funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in Serbia, hereby publishes a Call for National Consultant for development of a proposal for introducing quality standards in human resource management in local self-government units, based on European standards.
Interested candidates are kindly invited to complete the attached “Act of Engagement” and submit it together with all relevant documentation, as specified in the attached Tender File. All documents must be submitted in English.
