In the framework of the second phase of the joint Programme between the European Union and the Council of Europe “Human Resources Management in Local Self-Governments”, implemented by the Council of Europe in Serbia in partnership with the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government and the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities, the Council of Europe and the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities is launching a Joint Call for the expression of interest for Serbian local self-governments for the award of Organisational Municipal Support Packages.
Technical assistance will be provided to 15 local self-governments in Serbia (cities, municipalities, or city-municipalities) through the implementation of a specially designed instrument – Organisational Municipal Support Packages (OMSP) aiming at improving internal organisational structure and further develop operational efficiency of local self-governments in Serbia.
The Call is open to all Serbian cities, municipalities and city-municipalities.
The deadline for application is 16 July 2021, 17h CEST at the latest.
To present the OMSP and answer potential questions, an online Info Day will be held on 2 July 2021.
