RADIONICA IZ OBLASTI SUDSKE PRAKSE IZ BIOETIKE

            U vreme kada broj slučajeva koji se odnose na ljudska prava I biomedicine nastavlja da se povećava, Komitet za bioetiku Saveta Evrope imaće cilj da analizira razvoj sudske prakse Evropskog suda za ljudska prava I uticaj na nacionalnom nivou kako bi se identifikovali glavni izazovi na ovom polju. Seminar koji je održan 5. Decembra 2016.godine u Strazburu je deo priprema za konferenciju koja će se održati u oktobru 2017.godine povodom obeležavanja dvadesetogodišnjice Konvencije o ljudskim pravima I biomedicine, poznatije kao Oviedo konvencija.

 

            Biološka I medicinska istraživanja I otkrića u tehnologiji doveli su do spektakularnog napretka u oblasti zdravlja. Ova dostignuća su prouzrokovala moralna pitanja koja utiču na pojedinca I zaaštitu prava I dostojansva svakog pojedinca (genetika, transplantacije,biobanke,tehnologije razvoja). Brošura “Bioetika u Savetu Evrope” pruža podatke o aktivnostima Saveta Evrope u oblasti bioetike.

The European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) supports the Council of Europe (CoE) member states in implementing the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) at the national level, in accordance with the Committee of Ministers Recommendation (2004) 4, the 2010 Interlaken Declaration, the 2012 Brighton Declaration and the 2015 Brussels declaration.

This is done by enhancing the capacity of judges, lawyers and prosecutors in all 46 member states to apply the ECHR in their daily work. Indeed, legal professionals, who are at the forefront of the protection of human rights, including those of victims, must benefit from high-quality training.

"HELP in the EU", funded by the European Union

The European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals in the 27 European Union Member States (HELP in the EU) supports legal professionals from the EU in acquiring the knowledge and skills on how to refer to the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union (the Charter), the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and the European Social Charter (ESC).

Furthermore, they will get familiar with the European jurisprudence. It also reinforces the HELP Network of National Institutions (NTI) and Bar Associations (BA) in the EU.
