At its 145th Plenary Session, the Venice Commission will have on its agenda five Opinions concerning five countries (Latvia, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Ukraine), as well as the Updated Rule of Law Checklist, two Reports and two amicus curiae briefs.

As usual, the plenary session is closed to the public. These opinions and texts will be published on the Venice Commission website early the following week.
