“Kosovo’s* ability to fulfill the Council of Europe membership criteria: a comparative perspective

This Policy report by Pëllumb Kelmendi, Member of the Board of the Pristina Institute for Political Studies and PhD candidate in Political Science at Brown University, USA, was published by the Pristina Institute for Political Studies. The author supports the view that “Kosovo has the ability and willingness to apply Article 3 standards of the Statutes of the Council of Europe for democracy, human rights and the rule of law”.
